■	When you have a project ready to go out for bid, we can arrange a meeting to review a copy of the relevant blue prints, specifications and site plans.
■	We will review the project documentation and prepare prices while looking for project savings (value engineering).
■	You will receive your estimate in a timely manner. We welcome the opportunity to review the estimate with you and address your questions or concerns.
■	Once you have decided to work with us we will need to review any revised drawings, changes in specifications or site plan and contract documentation.
■	We will begin to schedule activities and allocate resources for your project accordingly.
■	After you have completed the grading for the building foot print and it has been laid out and pinned; we will make a close review of the site and report back to you if we should see anything of concern.
